HOUSE BILL NO. 491 "An Act relating to reports by the Alaska                   
Science and Technology Foundation" was read the second time                    
                                                                               
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption               
of the State Affairs Senate Committee Substitute offered on page               
3585.  Senator Duncan objected, then withdrew his objection.  There            
being no further objections, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                      
491(STA) was adopted.
